Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, company, email, phone number, and the contents of enquiries or consultation requests — and limited technical information collected automatically, such as pages visited and device type, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
How we use it
Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver services, send resources or communications you have requested, improve the website, and meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client information for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics and marketing tags (such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag) load only after you provide consent through the cookie banner, and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Retention, access, and correction
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting our privacy officer at the address below. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Safeguards and third parties
Personal information is protected with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Where service providers (such as scheduling, CRM, or email platforms) process information on our behalf, they are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
